We offer clients a range of payment options. We are usually asked to charge for our services on an hourly basis; however some clients prefer to enter into a retainer agreement. Retainer clients pay an annual amount covering all day-to-day employment law services. They are able to contact us at any time for advice, research, documents, contracts, separation agreements, etc., without worrying about hourly fees.
We are also willing to negotiate non-traditional billing options, such as lump sum charges for services and creative payment schedules.
